rolling wave surface is made up of glass elements developed by ChoChoMa Studios
and Swarovski Touch Crystal. Using new touch-sensitive technology,
to human contact with glowing illumination.
An interface for crystal drawing, luminous light travels across the crystal surface
following the finger’s trail and slowly fades when the human interaction is taken
Mineral oxides are melted into the glass castings to using a vocabulary of rock
formations, an ode to man’s first interactions with the earth. The installation is
composed of approximately 8000 pieces of glass and crystal
and measures 6m x 1.6m
Highlighting the importance of bringing light to people’s lives, the installation
presents an awe-inspiring phenomenon by bringing to the concept of Betterment, a
tactile and tangible experience.
